How long will it take to create my order? TOP
All orders are custom created just for you and take approximately 14 days to personalized before being shipped out.

After shipped, how long will it take for my item to arrive? TOP
We ship USPS Priority mail, which has a 2-4 day delivery average.

Do you have order tracking? TOP
We do have order tracking, but do not usually send the number out when shipped. If you are missing a package, please contact us for the delivery confirmation number and we will try to locate the package for you.

What payments do you accept? TOP

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards through Paypal, other payments through Paypal. Please note that your item will not be personalized until your payment has cleared. Credit cards and other Paypal payments are immediate, but personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders will take longer to process.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. We are proud of our workmanship and attention to detail and expect you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately so we may find a solution. UnPersonalized items may be returned for the price paid in the form of payment that was received. Shipping refunds are not given.

I have asked my order be shipped to a secondary address, but my Paypal invoice shows my standard address. TOP

When Paypal sends you a receipt for your purchase, they will show your address on file as your shipping address. We will be using the information you provided us when placing your order, NOT the information from Paypal.

I want to use a credit card, not my current Paypal account, but when I click on payment, it looks like the Paypal I always see. TOP
Paypal has a new system allowing you to use Paypal without an existing account. You can also use this if you do have a Paypal account, but want to use a credit card other than what you have on file with Paypal. When checking out, click on "Credit card or direct cash payment via PayPal" under payment options. Rather than entering your password to the right, click on "Continue" after "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue". You may enter any credit card information here you like, and will not be deducting money from your Paypal account. After entering your information, click on the orange "Review Order and Continue" button to finish processing.
